Accredited Specialists

Specialist Accreditation is awarded by the Law Society of New South Wales (click on the image on the left). Specialists must have at least five years full-time practice, at least three years speciality work, and must pass rigorous exams in communication, problem solving, client service and the law.

Anyone who is not an Australian citizen must have a visa to travel to Australia or enter the country. By choosing an accredited specialist you can be sure that your representative has in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the laws and procedures governing migration to Australia, Australian visas and visa requirements, permanent and temporary residence, citizenship, cancellations, deportations and appeals processes. You are also protected by the compulsory professional indemnity insurance required of all qualified legal practitioners in Australia.
